By signing up for the RideVise waitlist or using any RideVise service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them — they're straightforward and written to be understood, not buried.
Informational Service Only
RideVise is an AI-powered informational tool designed to help you research used-car listings. All analyses, deal scores, price estimates, red-flag assessments, and negotiation suggestions are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional automotive advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. We strongly recommend obtaining a professional pre-purchase inspection (PPI) from a licensed mechanic before purchasing any vehicle — regardless of what our analysis indicates. RideVise is a copilot, not a guarantee.
No Liability for Purchase Decisions
RideVise is not responsible for any purchasing decision you make, including but not limited to: financial loss, vehicle defects discovered after purchase, title issues, registration complications, or any other consequence arising from your use of our analysis. The information we provide is a starting point for your own due diligence — not a substitute for it. You use RideVise at your own risk and discretion.
Data Sources & Third-Party Systems
RideVise analyzes publicly available listing information — including text, photos, and publicly accessible data — that you provide or share with us. We do not directly access, query, or interface with third-party data systems such as CARFAX, AutoCheck, Detran, or any state DMV on your behalf. Any references to VIN reports, vehicle history, or public records are based on information you share with us or on publicly available summaries. Always verify vehicle history directly with the official source before making a purchase decision.
Personal Use Only
Your access to RideVise is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, commercially exploit, or sublicense any analysis, report, or output generated by RideVise without prior written permission. Scraping, automated bulk access, or using our service to build a competing product is prohibited.
Beta Service — Provided As Is
RideVise is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable at any time without notice. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or completeness of the information provided during the beta period.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as the product evolves. If changes are material, we will notify waitlist members by email before they take effect. Continued use of RideVise after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
