Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information RideVise collects, how we use it, and what rights you have. We keep things simple: we collect very little, we use it only to reach you at launch, and we will never sell your data.
What We Collect
During the beta waitlist period, we collect only your email address when you submit the early-access form. We also collect anonymized usage statistics through Vercel Analytics and Plausible Analytics — two privacy-preserving tools that do not use cross-site tracking cookies, do not build advertising profiles, and do not share your data with third-party ad networks. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or vehicle data unless you explicitly provide them in the future as part of the paid product.
Cookies & Tracking
We use only privacy-preserving, first-party analytics. No advertising cookies. No remarketing pixels. No Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tags, or similar third-party trackers. Vercel Analytics and Plausible use aggregate, cookieless techniques to help us understand traffic patterns — nothing that can be linked back to you personally.
How We Use Your Data
Your email address is used exclusively to notify you when RideVise launches. We will not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content without your explicit opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message we send.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes — ever. The only sub-processors that may handle your email address are our transactional email provider and our analytics platforms, both operating under strict data-processing agreements and GDPR-compliant safeguards.
Your Rights (CCPA & LGPD)
Regardless of where you live, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct any inaccurate information; and request deletion of your data at any time. California residents: under the CCPA, you have the right to know what data we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of sale — we do not sell your data. Brazilian users: under the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados), you have the right to access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your personal data.
